About the Opportunity
_ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
_
- _Coordinates and sets up international Ocean import including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance._
- _Coordinates and sets up international Ocean export including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance.
_
- _Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents._
- _Tracking & Tracing and updates client visible notes in CW accordingly._
- _Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing._
- _Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers._
- _Reviewing and adhering to export controls regulations & MIGRA_

_About You_

_ REQUIRED SKILLS_
- _2 years related experience with strong knowledge of logistics_
- _Knowledge of marine insurance_
- _Knowledge of INCO terms_
- _Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills_
- _Ability to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner_
- _Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment_
- _Detail-oriented and with high keying accuracy
_
- _Deductive reasoning and critical problem-solving skill_
- _Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute_
- _High accuracy and attention to detail
_
_ NICE TO HAVE
_
- _Cargowise knowledge/experience is an asset
Preferably a licensed customs broker

- _CIFFA Certified

- _DG Ocean Certified_ _
