What You 'll Do

• Meet customers and understand how they actually use a vehicle
• Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned inventory
• Guide customers through a clear purchase process
• Follow up with internet and phone leads
• Build repeat and referral business

This is not a stand-around-and-wait store.

You will be busy.

What We 're Looking For

You do not need car sales experience. You do need:

• Strong communication skills
• Work ethic and reliability
• Competitive mindset
• Ability to learn a structured process
• Comfort speaking with people face-to-face and by phone
• Retail, hospitality, fitness, phone sales, or serving experience is a plus

If you avoid accountability or dislike performance pay, this will not be a fit.

Compensation

Performance-based commission structure.

Most successful consultants earn $50,000 - $130,000+ annually.

Your income is directly tied to effort and consistency.

Schedule

Retail hours including evenings and Saturdays.

One day off during the week plus Sunday.
