Certified Maintenance Technician- Convention Center

We are seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join a busy, well-established convention center. This role is responsible for maintaining the facility, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems are running safely and efficiently for events and daily operations.

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests during events

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required (HVAC, electrical, or related)

• Previous experience in commercial or facility maintenance preferred

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
