We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a critical role in the success of every roofing project we take on. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps materials, timelines, communication, and logistics running smoothly — working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do
Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership

Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
A clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-driven, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and follow-through
