Join our Apprentice Talent Community

[LGBT Great Careers](https://www.lgbtgreatcareers.com) is excited to invite motivated individuals to join our Apprentice Talent Community!

This posting isn't tied LGBT Great, a specific role, organisation or timeframe, it represents an opportunity to join a Apprentice Talent Community, where you will gain insights and updates on job openings within organisations that prioritise inclusion and belonging.

This initiative is designed for individuals that have recently left education and individuals looking for a change of direction and will give [our inclusive employers](https://community.lgbtgreatcareers.com/starting-out/) visibility of your profile.

LGBTQ+ Talent and Allies hired via the [LGBT Great Starting OUT](https://community.lgbtgreatcareers.com/starting-out/) programme will be connected with an [LGBT Great Mentor](https://www.lgbtgreat.com/mentor-directory) to support them in their Early Career journey.

You will be invited to [join our online community](https://lgbtgreat-members.glueup.com/register/account). This community is here to connect you with fellow talent, whether you're exploring your first role, navigating the workplace, or building your network.
