What You'll Do

\- Respond quickly to online leads using video, text, email, and phone

\- Create short, engaging vehicle walk‑around videos and personalized intro videos

\- Guide customers through the entire buying journey -- from first contact to delivery

\- Follow a structured lead management process to maximize appointments and sales

\- Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups in CRM

\- Build trust and rapport through transparency, communication, and consistency

\- Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements

\- Experience in automotive, retail, or digital sales preferred

\- Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough)

\- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence

\- Strong written and verbal communication

\- Valid driver's license
