What You'll Do

• Point of Contact \- Connection between customers and technicians.
• Advising \- Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance.
• Scheduling \- Manage appointments and document vehicle concerns.
• Communication \- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Documentation \- Maintain accurate service records.

What We're Looking For

• Skills \- Great communication! Organized. Problem-solver. Commonsense. Positive mindset. Driven. Mechanical understanding. Upbeat attitude!
• Technology \- Strong comfort with using computer systems.
• Driving Record - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability - Ability to work Saturdays.
