Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

\- Responsible for organizing storage units, shelving and safety of stocks according to storage instructions in an easily accessible way.

\- Place a label for each item to facilitate automatic access - Keep the warehouse premises clean and neat.

\- Overseeing any workers during the operations of adding stocks, arranging and organizing them properly.

-Execution of exchange, refund and addition permits.

\- Work Closely with the operation department in receiving the daily/weekly scheduled PO.

\- Prepare and verify shipping documents.

\- Receiving the incoming items for the stores and inspecting them to ensure that they are identical to the purchase orders.

\- Discharging the items from the Inventory.

\- Ensuring the safety of the content by maintain the assets of the warehouse in such a way that it will not be damaged.

\- Responsible for keeping all records of the materials/items entered and removed from the Inventory.

\- Responsible of holding immediate inventory of the warehouse whenever any problem occurs.

\- Notify the direct Manager of damaged materials, tools and devices that need maintenance

\- Issuing the loading orders and work orders.

\- Manage for ensuring the proper implementation of policies/ procedures aimed to control losses.

\- Review existing procedures related to processing transactions/generating reports and recommend needed adjustments/enhancements to improve processes; timeline and reporting efficiency.

\- Submit a weekly report to the direct manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with a reason.

\- Implement Safety and occupational health instructions & guidelines.

Job Requirements:

● 3 -5 Years of Experience in warehouse or related position

● Possess strong organizing, and data entry skills.

● Computer & Language Skills

● Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office & good command of English language.

● Time Management

● Attention to Details

● Multitasking
