Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors? We are looking for a CNA to join our team at Red Oak Senior Living in Canton IL!

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation as needed
• Take and document vital signs and other required resident information
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse
• Follow each resident’s care plan and established policies and procedures
• Promote resident dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in activities and help create a welcoming, engaging environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing
• Compassionate and dependable attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide respectful, resident-centered care
• Previous senior living or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
