What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs with kindness and respect.
• Assist with medications when properly trained and authorized.
• Help with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and other daily needs.
• Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition or behavior.
• Follow individual resident service plans.
• Document care and services accurately.
• Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and emergency procedures.
• Work together with your team to provide dependable, compassionate care.

What We’re Looking For

• A caring and positive attitude.
• Dependable and willing to be part of a team.
• Comfortable working with older adults.
• Able to complete required Minnesota training and background study requirements.
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required.
