We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Resident Assistants to join our team in Canton, IL!

Our Resident Assistants are an important part of creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. If you enjoy building relationships, helping others, and making someone’s day a little better, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate assistance and support to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Help with personal care, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assist with meals and encourage proper hydration
• Complete resident checks and respond to resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate changes or concerns regarding residents to the appropriate team members
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Encourage independence while providing support when needed
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies
• Work together with the care team to provide excellent resident care

• Ability to communicate and work well with a team
• Respectful and patient approach when working with seniors
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and complete required training
• CNA certification is a plus
