Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Generalist to drive growth across Go-To-Market (GTM), Social Media, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wears multiple hats, and is eager to make a direct impact on a high-growth startup. While coding is not required, an understanding of technical concepts would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire and retain users.
• Optimize conversion funnels and drive paid/organic growth.
• Work closely with product and data teams to refine messaging and positioning.

Social Media

• Lead TikTok and other social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.
• Analyze social trends and optimize content strategy for maximum impact.

Finance

• Track key financial metrics and analyze performance.
• Assist with revenue forecasting and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in GTM, social media marketing, or finance-related roles.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for action.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI, fintech, or e-commerce platforms.
