What You’ll Be Doing

As a PMO Analyst, you will support portfolio and project managers by:

• Assisting with **planning, tracking, and monitoring** projects to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Preparing **status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes** to keep senior stakeholders informed.
• Reviewing and organising **project documentation** to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting delivery teams with day-to-day activities.
• Assisting with **risk and issue tracking (RAID logs)** to highlight challenges and keep projects on course.
• Supporting **financial tracking and resource planning** to ensure projects have the people and funding they need.
• Contributing to **continuous improvement initiatives** , helping to identify and implement better ways of working.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of Project Management experience
• A recent graduate or early-career professional eager to build a career in project management, technology, or financial services.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with an interest in solving problems.
