What You’ll Be Doing
\- Learn candidate sourcing, market mapping, and research techniques
\- Work on live projects from day one with support from senior consultants
\- Help build pipelines of high-quality tech candidates across Europe
\- Develop your own market knowledge and recruitment toolkit
\- Progress to Associate Consultant typically within 6 months
What We’re Looking For
\- Fluent in German + confident English skills
\- Degree or equivalent experience
\- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
\- Great communicator and team player
