**What You'll Do**

As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

• **Patient Check-In/Check-Out** : Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration
• **Insurance & Payments**: Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports
• **Chart Management** : Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services
• **Cash Handling** : Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation
• **Team Support** : Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

**What You’ll Need**

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting

• Working knowledge of Epic (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible throughout the day
