- Greet new customers and explain the difference between a regular dry cleaners and our dry cleaners.
- Answer telephone to provide information about services, hours of operation, prices in an efficient manner.
- Recommend and provide advice on the products and services we do.
- Maintain the store clean and neat.
- Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired.
- Advise customers on use and care of their articles.
- Monitor processes, materials and surroundings to detect and assess problems.
Requirements
- Be available Monday - Satuday
- Great sense of customer service is a MUST.
- Be able to successfully handle complaints and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
- Be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
- Be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Be able to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing minimal amount of paperwork.
- No experience needed, training provided.
