Team Lead - Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

1\. Get actionable insights from data using a variety of statistical and other tools

2\. Understanding and synthesize the client needs and convey them to team members and other stakeholders

3\. Create / improve statistical models

4\. Leading a team of Analysts

5\. Adhering to deadlines and stakeholder management

Qualifications:

1\. Lead a team of 3+ members for at least 2 years

2\. Minimum of 2 years of experience in independent client handling

3\. Has significant experience in client interaction and has good referrals/testimonials from clients

4\. Has the ability to set expectations and exceed them consistently

5\. Good analytical and communication skills.

6\. Good knowledge in R / SAS, SQL and advanced Excel. Tableau experience will be a plus.
