Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 8+ years in IT / Data Science / AI / ML roles
- Proven experience in building production-grade AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with RAG-based systems and Agentic AI
Technical Skills
- Programming: Python (mandatory), SQL
- LLMs & Frameworks:
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Gemini
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma
- Data & ML:
- NLP, embeddings, semantic search
- Machine Learning basics
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- MLOps Tools: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Agentic AI Experience
- Building autonomous AI agents
- Tool-calling agents (APIs, databases, automation tools)
- Multi-step reasoning and workflow orchestration
- Memory, context management, and planning in AI systems
