Dining Director/Executive Chef

**Full-Time Salaried Position | Primarily Days with Occasional Evenings & Weekends**

We're looking for a talented and service-driven Dining Director/Executive Chef** who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and leading a high-performing culinary team.

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, budgeting, staffing, training, and kitchen operations. You'll play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life by delivering nutritious, high-quality meals while fostering a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading food service, dining, or kitchen operations
• ServSafe Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Experience managing high-volume meal service and special events or catering
• Strong menu planning and recipe development experience
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
