Body Shop Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks.

Responsibilities:

\- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage and assess repair needs

\- Utilize knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical systems to determine the most effective and cost-efficient methods for repairing damaged vehicles

\- Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle repairs, including labor and parts costs

\- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs

\- Communicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide detailed estimates for their approval

\- Keep accurate records of all estimates and repair work performed

\- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods

\- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with customers and team members

\- A strong background in automotive collision repair is preferred but not required.

\- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

\- Proficiency with estimating software and other technical tools

\- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

\- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

-CC1 Experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
