RevOps Administrator – HubSpot

Role Summary

We're seeking a RevOps Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform. You'll be responsible for platform configuration, data integrity, automation design, and supporting our revenue team's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and properties to align with business processes
• Manage user access, permissions, and onboarding across HubSpot
• Monitor data quality, implement validation rules, and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Build and optimize reporting dashboards to track RevOps metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand platform needs
• Document processes, create training materials, and provide end-user support
• Evaluate and implement HubSpot apps and integrations to enhance platform capabilities
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HubSpot administrator experience
• Strong understanding of HubSpot's sales and operations hub functionality
• Proficiency in building workflows, custom fields, and portal configurations
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tool connectivity
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certification as HubSpot administrator or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HubSpot migrations
• Familiarity with RevOps best practices and revenue tech stacks
• SQL or scripting knowledge for data manipulation
• Project management experience
• CRM implementation background
