Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS / FRICS) - Multiple Opportunities (Pre- & Post-Contract)

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) to join our growing Riyadh team. We have multiple opportunities available across both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Cost Management disciplines, supporting major projects and programmes across a diverse range of sectors. Depending on your experience and specialism, you will provide expert cost management, commercial, contractual, and advisory services throughout various stages of the project lifecycle.

These roles require commercially astute professionals capable of working independently, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision. The successful candidates will act as trusted advisors to our clients, providing strategic commercial guidance, cost control, risk management, procurement advice, and contract administration on large-scale and complex developments. Candidates should possess strong consultancy experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and commercial outcomes.
