Reliability Engineer- Mill Equipment

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and continuously optimize mechanical equipment management systems for the concentrator plant, ensuring standardized maintenance processes, technical standards, and reliable equipment performance.
• Provide technical leadership and support for plant equipment operations and maintenance, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production.
• Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance, overhauls, and preservation activities, including manpower allocation and technical training to strengthen the skills and competency of maintenance teams.
• Manage equipment improvement and reliability projects, including identifying performance bottlenecks, developing improvement initiatives, preparing project justifications, and supporting technological upgrades and renovations.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance, ensuring appropriate spare parts availability, equipment suitability, technical documentation, and alignment with production and process requirements.
