Human Resources Generalist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage daily HR and employee relations (ER) operations. This role is more advanced than an HR Assistant position and requires some talent acquisition (TA) experience. Compassion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, including investigations and handling personnel matters
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing and recruiting
• Maintain extensive Excel spreadsheets and utilize Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Attend operations and safety meetings
• Be a positive, full-time presence, providing encouragement and support to employees

Experience:

• Proven experience in employee relations (e.g., investigations, personnel issues)
• Talent acquisition and interviewing skills
• Stable work history
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel for data management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and show compassion
