NIGHT-TIME CUSTODIAN
RECREATION/COMMUNITY CENTER
The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time night-time custodian for the Recreation/Community Center. The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation.
Job Requirements:
\- Eighteen years of age or older.
\- Desire high school diploma or GED
\- Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods under favorable or extreme weather conditions.
\- Must have knowledge of chemicals and cleaners needed to maintain the building efficiently
\- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 80 lbs. and pass a physical exam and drug screen.
\- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Hours of work: - 15-20 hours per week (evening hours, weekdays and weekends; varies seasonally)
Pay Rate: - $16.137
