Senior Helpers - Lafayette is hiring full-time Caregivers , Personal Care Aides (PCA) , Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) , and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Lafayette and surrounding parishes! In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential in-home care , companion care , and personal care services to elderly clients.

Responsibilities (Keywords Included)

• Provide direct care , personal care , and non-medical home care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance , and transfers.
• Monitor client health, safety, and behavioral changes and report concerns to supervisors.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping , and offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiver, home care, or senior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills , reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver 's license, reliable transportation , and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience as a CNA , PCA , HHA , or experience with dementia care , Alzheimer 's care, or mobility assistance is a plus.
