CNA and HCA Caregivers ( Weekend shifts available/Evenings & Days,)

Job Summary:

Senior Helpers, a trusted provider of in-home care for seniors, is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA and HCA Caregivers for weekend shifts in Tri-Cities, WA. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by providing quality care and companionship.

Compensation & Benefits:

In this part-time, or working up to full time as desired, hourly position, you will be compensated at a competitive hourly wage, with biweekly payments. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including training opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

\- Assisting seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

\- Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors

\- Administering medications as directed by the client's healthcare team

\- Reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

\- Maintaining accurate records of care provided

\- Following all safety protocols and infection control measures

\- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

\- Upholding the company's mission and values in all interactions

Requirements:

\- Must be 18 years or older

\- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)

\- Minimum of 6 months experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

\- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

\- Reliable transportation to get to your shifts on time

\- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude

\- Ability to work independently and follow care plans

\- Willingness to attend training and further education as required
