Requirements:
- 1+ years of Sales Manager or Internet Sales Manager experience
- 1+ years of Finance experience - ON DESK or in OFFIC.
- Secondary Finance knowledge is a HUGE Bonus!
- Strong leadership and team training skills
- Positive, motivating attitude
- Familiarity with Joe Verde selling systems and process a HUGE Bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and motivate sales team
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive dealership culture
