- Serve as QMR to ensure the QMS remains aligned with requirements, report QMS performance and improvement needs to management.
- Ensure quality documentation and controlled procedures are maintained and updated, corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate internal and external audits including certification and customer audits.
- Oversee quality standards for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods while approving quality reports and deviations,
- leading root‑cause investigations with corrective actions, and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee audit plans, review findings for timely actions, and use results to drive improvement.
- Manage customer complaints, oversee investigations, and provide professional communication with customers.
- Evaluate supplier quality, support supplier audits, and collaborate with purchasing to establish and implement supplier quality requirements.
- Lead and develop QA/QC teams to ensure strong performance while planning and coordinating training on product quality and quality systems.
- Promote quality awareness and a proactive mindset across the organization while applying structured problem‑solving tools
- (5Why, 8D, Fishbone, etc.) to reduce defects and improve processes.
- Manage QA resources and budget, ensure safety and good housekeeping in QA operations, and actively participate in
- cross‑functional meetings and plant‑wide initiatives.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior to support effective organizational objective
