The Sprouted Oven is retail and fresh bakery outlet in Abbotsford, BC focused on becoming a leader in healthy plant based and non-GMO products and education. Two food production areas provide fresh wheat and gluten free baked products, sandwiches, pizzas, and beverages.

Since our first loaf of Squirrelly bread in 1989 and the beginning of Silver Hills Bakery as we now know it, our commitment to your health has been our number one priority. Our owners Brad Brousson and Stan and Kathy Smith have devoted our company to making _good_ decisions simple, and empowering, educating and inspiring people with better choices.
