BDC Representative Role
As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, you'll generate business by handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting sales/service appointments to strengthen customer relationships.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Follow scripts for effect CRM.
- Set sales and service appointments.
Key Performance Metrics
- Appointment Setting Rate - Successful appointments booked.
- Call Volume - Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
- Conversion Rate - Turning calls into sales/service visits.
- CRM Compliance - Accurate logging of calls and notes.
- Customer Satisfaction - Quality interactions based on feedback.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Strong phone skills, friendly demeanor.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher rate.
Preferred (not required): Experience with CRM systems & Google Workspace.
