DRI is looking for an experienced, relationship-focused recruiter to join our Legal Solutions Group. This is an opportunity for someone who already understands legal recruiting and enjoys the candidate side of search - sourcing, outreach, relationship building, and helping legal professionals navigate the right career move.

_Legal recruiting is relationship-driven and highly proactive. Your day will include identifying legal talent, making outbound calls, building relationships with passive candidates, learning what motivates them, managing follow-up, and partnering closely with the Practice Leader to move searches from kickoff through placement._

_The Role_

• Legal Recruiting: Identify and engage attorneys and legal professionals through outbound calling, sourcing, networking, referrals, email, and targeted outreach.
• Candidate Development: Build trusted relationships with legal professionals, understand their career goals, and connect them with opportunities that make sense.
• ·Search & Project Management: Own the candidate-side execution of active searches, including pipelines, priorities, follow-up, interview coordination, and search timelines.
• Market Expertise: Continue building your network and knowledge across law firms, corporate legal departments, and the broader legal market.
• Client-Facing Growth: Take on account management and client interaction based on your experience and interests.

_Who We're Looking For_

• Legal experience/knowledge required.
• Ideally 1+ years of recruiting experience; agency/search experience preferred, but strong in-house or law-firm recruiting backgrounds will be considered.
• Comfortable with proactive, phone-driven recruiting and reaching out to passive candidates.
• Organized and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple searches and follow-up without losing momentum.
• Polished, professional, and relationship-focused when communicating with attorneys, partners, legal leaders, and clients.
• Motivated by performance, commission upside, and the opportunity to build within an established legal practice.
• Ohio or Midwest location preferred
