Site Manager - Dallas

Role Overview

Story Renovations is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential renovation and custom home projects in the Dallas market. This role is the on-site link between our project planning team and the trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Story's quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and field crews on active job sites
• Ensure work is completed to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Project Planners on sequencing and logistics
• Conduct regular site walks and quality inspections
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and job site safety
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients during construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising residential construction sites
• High-end residential or custom home experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of scheduling software and construction documents
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local permitting processes

Compensation, Benefits & Retirement

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
