What You’ll Do Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Healthcare IT talent Partner with the team to meet client hiring needs Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through placement Meet weekly and monthly activity goals related to sourcing, outreach, candidate screenings, and placements Why You’ll Love It Clear goals, metrics, and expectations Strong commission and performance-based bonus potential Promotions based on results—not tenure Collaborative, energetic, and growth-focused team culture Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development Requirements What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of experience in Healthcare IT recruiting and staffing Experience recruiting for Epic positions strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Editor, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills High energy, professionalism, and a competitive drive Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and earning potential Candidates local to San Diego who can work onsite are preferred; remote candidates may be considered based on experience Benefits Compensation & Benefits Total compensation potential: $70,000–$120,000 annually Commission and performance-based bonuses Subsidized medical benefits Paid time off and paid holidays
