Senior Engineer - UAV - Oct 2025 (Internal Use)

\- Lead inspection, maintenance, repair and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness.

\- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly.

\- Work with engineering, operations and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades.

\- Manage and utilise standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards.

\- Provide support during events or exercises when requested, ensuring UAV systems perform under operational conditions.

Requirements

\- Proven experience in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong technical foundation in electronics, mechanics and system integrations.

\- UAV Technician – specifically at the engine / air-vehicle maintenance domain — for at least 2 years.

\- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

\- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation across teams and stakeholders.

\- Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.
