About the Role

We are hiring Associate-level Transformation Consultants to support end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing through delivery and adoption. This is a cross-functional role working across business, experience, delivery, and change, supporting clients and internal teams in turning complex problems into practical solutions — within programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, and ways of working.

What You'll Do

_1) Frame Problems & Define Value_

• Support structuring client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
• Help identify transformation opportunities, including workflow and role redesign in the AI-led era
• Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into draft recommendations

_2) Design & Prototype Solutions_

• Support workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders
• Develop process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts under guidance
• Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas, using AI tools to accelerate iteration

_3) Enable & Deliver_

• Help translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements
• Work with engineering, data, and platform teams to support feasibility
• Contribute to delivery through agile sprints and iterative releases

_4) Drive Adoption & Change_

• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
• Assist in designing adoption plans and readiness activities

_5) Build Capability_

• Contribute to reusable templates and playbooks
• Stay current with emerging tools and methods

What We're Looking For

• Learning agility, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity
• Solid problem-solving and structured thinking
• Some exposure to transformation, delivery, product, or change-related work
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with AI concepts, and comfort using AI tools for analysis, synthesis, and prototyping in daily work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change-related roles (or equivalent internships/projects)
• Exposure to agile or design thinking methods is a plus
