BBQ Crew Member - $14/hr (Up to $15/hr within 1 year)

Job Duties:

\- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

\- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces

\- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

\- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils

\- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

\- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production

\- Assist with catering orders as needed

Requirements:

\- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required

\- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

\- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

\- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

\- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
