Installation Helper

**California Closets Hawaii | Oahu, HI**

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Pay:** $18/hr+ — based on experience

California Closets Hawaii is looking for a dependable, hardworking Installation Helper to support our installation team. This is an opportunity to learn practical skills while helping install custom closets, cabinetry, home offices, entertainment centers, and other storage solutions.

We are locally owned and operated, with custom products manufactured at our Kapolei facility. We take pride in quality workmanship and providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with installing custom cabinetry and storage systems.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize cabinets, panels, hardware, and tools.
• Help prepare work areas and protect customers’ floors, walls, and belongings.
• Assist with measuring, assembly, and installation tasks under the lead installer’s direction.
• Learn to use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized.
• Remove packaging and debris and complete job-site cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate promptly about questions or concerns.
• Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with professionalism and respect.

• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to work well with a team in a physically active role.
• Ability to safely move materials with team assistance and appropriate equipment.
• Comfort working in customer homes and at job sites throughout Oahu.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location.

Experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, moving, or warehouse work is helpful, but not required. We welcome candidates who are motivated to learn the installation trade.
