Your Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Performance

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Implement operational best practices to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for store performance, inventory management, and team productivity.

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive sales strategies to optimise revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure strong product visibility.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
• Conduct training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Ensure alignment with the brand’s luxury standards and service excellence.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Maintain high-end customer service standards to enhance brand loyalty.
• Oversee clienteling strategies to cultivate relationships with VIP customers.
• Ensure that all stores reflect the brand’s luxury identity, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

Inventory & Compliance Management

• Oversee stock control, supply chain coordination, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury retail standards, and UAE retail regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient stock replenishment and product availability.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in retail operations management, preferably in luxury fashion, jewellery, or high-end retail.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations, store operations, and high-end retail trends.

Skills & Attributes

• Strategic leadership with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
