Fire Alarm Technician - Edmonton

The Total Group of Companies is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team of fire and life safety professionals. This position is focused on the inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of both new and existing fire alarm systems.

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Fire Alarm Technician , daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect, service and troubleshoot existing fire alarm systems
• Complete upgrades, repairs, additions and system improvements following inspections
• Respond to service calls as required
• Identify solutions to support fire code compliance
• Prepare detailed inspection, verification and deficiency reports
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Perform scheduled inspections to ensure safety compliance
