Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico

Salary Ranges:

• Entry-Level RN – Recovery: $65,000 to $80,000 per year
• Mid-Level RN – Recovery: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
• Senior RN – Recovery: $95,000 to $120,000+ per year

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred

Department/Unit Summary

Join our 16-bed PACU/Recovery unit on the first floor, featuring a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. Our team includes RNs, CNAs, and unit secretaries, delivering specialized care for preoperative patients undergoing general surgery, bariatric surgery, orthopedic, and urological procedures. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.
