Part-Time Caregiver in Midlothian, VA

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping them maintain their **independence, comfort, and quality of life**. Care may include companionship and assistance with everyday activities, as well as non-medical personal care based on each client’s individual needs.

**What You’ll Do**

Caregivers may assist clients with a variety of activities of daily living, including:

• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities
• Offering medication reminders
• Preparing meals and providing light cooking assistance
• Helping with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Providing companionship and meaningful support

Caregivers with the appropriate **CNA, PCA, or HHA certification** may also provide hands-on personal care, including:

• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding assistance
• Mobility and ambulation support
• Bathing assistance
• Transfers, including bed-to-chair and chair-to-bed
• Toileting and incontinence care

**What We’re Looking For**

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills when working with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
