Maintenance Technician - Hiring Multiple Shifts

**The Role**

This isn’t just reactive maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens.

**What You’ll Do**

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtime

• Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activity

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
• Work safely in a clean, organized manufacturing environment

**Work Schedule & Expectations**

We're hiring to support **two separate shifts** as we continue to grow:

**Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday**

**Overnights: Typical schedule:7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday**

Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

**Overtime is common** as we continue expanding our operations.
