We're the only clinic in Oakland with a dedicated rehabilitation center for pets, and the only practice in the Bay Area equipped with a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

This isn't your typical general practice position. As our Rehab Veterinarian, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team and you'll lead rehabilitation consultations, deliver hands-on physical rehabilitation, and contribute to a caseload that spans integrative medicine, regenerative treatments, and emerging therapies most practices simply don't offer.

New rehabilitation and/or integrative consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes, giving you the time to do the work right. The pace here is intentional, closer to a specialty referral environment than a high-volume GP, so you can focus on quality care without the chaos. You'll also see general practice cases including wellness visits, diagnostics, bloodwork, radiography, dentistry, and sedated procedures, so your skills stay broad even as your specialty deepens.

**You Will:**

Work with an advanced suite of rehabilitation and integrative modalities, including:

• Underwater treadmill therapy
• Therapy pool
• Shockwave, cold laser, and regenerative laser therapy
• Acupuncture and chiropractic care
• Stem cell therapy and joint injections
• Hyperbaric oxygen and ozone therapy

**About Our Team**

Our clinical team includes Dr. Richter, a CCRP certified human physical therapist, a part-time acupuncturist, and a part-time chiropractor. Several team members bring deep experience from human healthcare and specialized veterinary training. Hiring decisions here are shaped as much by cultural fit as clinical skill. We're a collaborative, low-drama, patient-first group, and that matters.

**Schedule**

Four days per week, full-time preferred.

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Sunday – Monday: Closed

**What You Bring**

• Active CCRP or CCRT certification (candidates who are newly certified are welcome)
• Strong client communication skills and a high-touch approach to patient care
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Genuine interest in integrative and holistic medicine

Bonus if you have: acupuncture certification, general practice experience, or an eagerness to learn emerging treatment modalities.
