In this hands-on role, you will travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair CNC machinery. Your expertise will help ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while minimizing customer downtime and maximizing productivity.

• Install and commission new CNC machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Diagnose equipment problems and make repairs to keep customers up and running.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and test machines after installation or repair.
• Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Complete service reports and communicate findings professionally.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region, with overnight travel.
