Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team in Jamestown, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes in our metal manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and military specifications. Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee ISO audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Inspect products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints and military specifications to ensure product compliance.
• Identify and address internal non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to ensure supplier quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO audits and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and military specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
