Write to support@ottoroles.com and a person answers. Say which email your Otto account uses, and which application or job it is about if it is about one.

An application says it needs you

The employer's form asked something Otto would not answer for you: a salary figure, a notice period, a question only you can answer. Answer it on your applications page, or in ChatGPT if you applied from there, and Otto sends it. A verification code the employer emailed you is entered on ottoroles.com, never in a chat.

Otto in ChatGPT

To connect a different Otto account, sign in to ottoroles.com as that account first, then connect it again from Otto's settings in ChatGPT. To stop ChatGPT using Otto, disconnect it in ChatGPT's settings.

Deleting your account

Email us from the address on the account and we delete it and its data. Applications already sent live with the employers you sent them to.
